An emotional video of Tanushree Dutta went viral on social media, raising concerns about her once more. When the actress claims that she is being “harassed,” the video shows her sobbing. She then made a number of grave accusations in an exclusive interview with News18, saying she is being harassed and is in danger. The actress said that there is a strong force in Bollywood against her, drawing comparisons to the late Sushant Singh Rajput, who was discovered dead in his Mumbai home in 2020.

In reference to Sushant Singh Rajput’s tragic death in 2020, which sparked widespread public indignation and theories connecting it to the so-called “Bollywood mafia,” she remarked, “Like Sushant Singh Rajput, there is an attempt to kill me too.”

Tanushree made a direct plea to the authorities in a recent video message, saying, “I request the government to provide me with security.”

She expressed her belief that a strong network within the industry is conspiring against her. “Like Sushant, my life is in jeopardy due to the size of the Bollywood mafia gang.”

One of the first well-known figures to speak out during India’s MeToo movement in 2018, Tanushree, linked her current situation to that occasion. “Suspicious activities have begun around me since I voiced my disapproval of Nana Patekar for the incident that occurred with me during the MeToo movement.” She claims that the harassment is still going on. “They are following me all the time. I am being harassed.”

In addition, she claimed that her house was unsafe. “My home was spied on, and a housekeeper was set up for that very reason. I’m going to complain about these incidences at the police station tomorrow.”

Additionally, Tanushree made it apparent that this issue should be handled independently of her other grievances. “In order for me to receive justice, I hope and ask that the police see this case differently and not judge it based on my prior ones. I don’t want my old case to be reopened.
