Famous for her part in Apollena: Sapno Ki Unchi Udaan, television actress Aditi Sharma has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. The industry was rocked by the revelation on March 11, 2025, that the actress was secretly married to Abhineet Kaushik. Not only that, but Abhineet also accused the actress of cheating on him with Samarthya Gupta, her co-star from Apollena. Her now-ex-husband has recently revealed some shocking disclosures regarding their private lives.

Abhineet provided additional details about her secret marriage to her now-estranged husband amid the flurry of rumors surrounding the actress. Abhineet disclosed in an interview with Saas Bahu Aur Betiyaan that on November 12, 2024, he and Aditi were married in a small ceremony attended by close relatives at their Goregaon, Mumbai, residence. Speaking about their decision to keep the marriage a secret in order to protect Aditi’s acting career, Abhineet disclosed:

“Aditi ka kehna tha humesha se ki agar main shaadi karti hun, toh it’s a taboo in her career. So shaadi karne se mereko kaam nahi milega, one thing, and agar mereko kaam mil bi jaata hai, toh bohot low budget mein milega. Being a partner, I always supported what she said, so we kept it secret.”

Abhineet revealed that during the second lockdown in June 2021, they met for the first time in an online acting class. Soon after meeting her in person in Mumbai, the two became close, and Abhineet made the decision to remain there permanently. He revealed:

“During the second lockdown, we took an online acting course and met. I had a four-day plan when I traveled to Bombay to meet her. I moved to Bombay on the fifth day rather than returning. That was the beginning; our relationship was completely reciprocal and our cohabitation was not one-sided. That was in June of 2021. We shared two apartments, although it was a live-in.

Additionally, Abhineet disclosed that he was a professor before Aditi forced him to quit. He used to oversee the actress’s public relations and accounting, and she would introduce him on the sets as her manager. In addition, he claimed to be her maid, cook, and driver.

Abhineet asserted that when actor Samarthya Gupta joined Aditi’s television program Apollena in December 2024, things took a turn for the worse. Abhineet claims that he gradually became aware of Aditi’s growing intimacy with Samarthya and that his suspicions were confirmed when he witnessed their interactions during a New Year’s celebration that the pair organized. He revealed:
