Following their necessary duty, BTS members Kim Namjoon, also known as RM, and Kim Taehyung, also known as V, were released from the South Korean military. With V carrying a bouquet of flowers and RM playing the saxophone, they made a stunning exit. Fans went crazy on social media when the pair hinted at a quick comeback to the stage.

Following their required duty, RM and V were released from the South Korean military on Tuesday. The two members, dressed in army uniforms, saluted the crowd as scores of supporters cheered them close to the military base.

In December 2023, RM and V enrolled, according to Soompi. They were assigned to the II Corps Special Duty Team and the 15th Infantry Division Military Army Band, respectively.

The two moved to a place in Chuncheon after being released from their respective divisions, where they met fans and added an extra touch by having RM play the Case Closed (Detective Conan) music on saxophone.

In addition to a picture of him in a car, the pictures showed him in his uniform in various moods. “2023.12.11 ~ 2025.6.10” is the caption he used to indicate the dates of his enlistment and discharge. In the meantime, V posted a photo of himself and RM wearing their military uniforms and strolling hand in hand with their arms wrapped around one another on his Instagram story.
