In the divorce lawsuit, Govinda  wife, Sunita Ahuja, has allegedly accused him of infidelity. The well-known figure on social media has also accused him of cruelty.

Hauterrfly claims that Ssunita petitioned the Bandra Family Court for a divorce from Govinda in December 2024. According to reports, she used the Hindu Marriage Act to justify abandonment, cruelty, and infidelity.

According to sources, the court summoned Govinda, but he did not show up. The actor has mostly been missing from the sessions, although Sunita has been present in person. It has also been stated that he has neglected to attend court-mandated counseling sessions.

In response to the divorce rumors, Ssunita, who just created a channel on the video-sharing website, stated, “I kept asking Maa to bless me with this marriage so that I could live a good life.” I have entire faith in the goddess, and she granted all of my desires. Govinda blessed me with two amazing children after we were married.

“Koi bhi mera ghar todne ki koshish kare jo bhi mera dil dukhayega, yeh Maa Kali sabke gale kaat k rakh degi,” she said, crying. Acchi aurat ko dukh dena acchi baat nahi hai, ek acche insaan ko. Mujhe aur kisipe vishwas nahi hai (Maa Kali will punish those who attempt to destroy my house or cause me harm). A decent person, a good woman, should not be harmed. I don’t trust anyone else.

After disclosing that they had been living apart for years and removing her last name, the famous wife initially fuelled divorce rumors. She later rejected the hype early this year, though.

Govinda has not yet responded to the charges made against him.
