After receiving a stage three breast cancer diagnosis, Hina Khan has had to endure the most trying time of her life. The actress married her longtime partner, Rocky Jaiswal, as soon as her therapy was finished. The actress became Manish Malhotra’s wife after the couple agreed to a legally sanctioned wedding.

Hina posted a few images from her private wedding ceremony with Rocky Jaiswal on her Instagram account on June 4, 2025. Hina and Rocky were seen holding hands and dressed in Indian garb beside Jaimala in the first picture. In a documented marriage, we also saw Hina and Rocky sign their marriage license.

Hina chose to wear the opal green handloom saree designed by Manish Malhotra for the wedding. The ensemble included silver and gold tracings of ancient patterns on the fabric. The saree was highlighted with zardozi embroidery and threadwork along a delicate blush border. But because Hina and Rocky’s names were written in Devnagri with an infinity sign, the saree had a unique touch. Hina put a delicate pink veil over her head to complete her ensemble. Imperial Manish Malhotra’s diamond jewelry finished out the ensemble.

Rocky Jaiswal, on the other hand, looked ageless in a kurta that was the trademark of Manish Malhotra. Hina wrote about how they came from different worlds but created a cosmos of love while sharing the pictures. She wrote:

We created a cosmos of love by combining two distinct realities. As our differences diminished and our hearts grew closer, a lifelong relationship was formed. Together, we overcome all obstacles because we are our home, our light, and our hope. Our union is now firmly rooted in both law and affection. As husband and wife, we ask for your blessings and well wishes.
