Sheezan Khan, a television actor best known for his parts in Jodha Akbar and Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul, has spoken out about the possibility of falling in love again, years after the untimely death of his ex-girlfriend Tunisha Sharma, who committed suicide in 2022. The actor made the candid and heartfelt admission that he is happy being alone and is no longer seeking romance.

After the tragic events of 2022, when he lost his ex-girlfriend, Tunisha Sharma, Sheezan Khan reflected on his life to date in an emotional interview with Telly Talk India. Sheezan responded that he no longer feels the need to find love and that he is happy to remain unmarried when asked if he is looking forward to falling in love again. The actor stated that he prefers things to unfold organically and doesn’t think love should be forced.

He qouted, “Ab hota hi nahi. Akele hain toh kya gam hai, ab hain toh hain. Mai bhi uss cheez ke peeche nahi bhaag raha. Mohabbat ab zabardasti toh nahi kar sakte. Jab hogi kisi se, kisi ko hum se, toh dekhenge.”

In response to a question on whether Sheezan could get over his grief for Tunisha’s untimely death, the actor said: “Mai toh aage bad hi chuka hu, honestly.”

On December 24, 2022, Tunisha Sharma took her own life at the age of 20. The actress, who costarred with Sheezan in Ali Baba, was incredibly devoted to him, as seen by the adorable photos of them together and even with their families that flooded her social media profile. After Tunisha was discovered hanging in Sheezan’s cosmetics room, her family launched a lawsuit against the man.

Sheezan Khan:

With parts in television series like Internet Wala Love and Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat as well as movies like Fitoor and Baar Baar Dekho, in which she portrayed a younger Katrina Kaif, Tunisha had a bright future ahead of her. Sheezan was arrested for aiding and abetting suicide under section 306 of the IPC after her death. On March 4, 2023, the Maharashtra court released the actor on bail after he had been detained for two and a half months.
