Garvita Sadhwani recently stepped into the shoes of Pratiksha Honmukhe to portray the character of Ruhi in Rajan Shahi’s popular show “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.” Although the first look of Garvita as Ruhi has been revealed, the episode featuring her in this role has yet to be aired. Viewers are still witnessing Pratiksha Honmukhe portrayal of Ruhi in the remaining episodes.

Despite the impending change, Garvita has already begun shooting for the show and recently shared a humorous anecdote about her struggle with portraying Ruhi’s character. In a lighthearted Instagram story, Garvita is seen donning traditional attire, attempting to place a bindi on her forehead with difficulty. She captioned the video humorously, highlighting her struggle with the bindi placement.

Garvita Sadhwani made her television debut with the Shweta Tiwari starrer “Main Hoon Apaarjita” and later portrayed the role of Mrunal Karmarkar in Rajan Shahi’s “Baatein Kuch Ankahree Si.”

Regarding the departures of Shehzada Dhami and Pratiksha Honmukhe from the show, the production house, DKP, cited reasons for their removal. Shehzada’s departure was attributed to her unprofessionalism, while Pratiksha’s exit was attributed to her inability to meet the character’s requirements. However, neither Shehzada nor Pratiksha has publicly shared their perspective on the circumstances surrounding their removal from the show.

Pratiksha, through cryptic social media posts, has hinted at the importance of self-respect and indirectly addressed the events leading to her exit. In fact, a family member of Pratiksha openly expressed pride in her for standing up for her self-respect, hinting at underlying tensions that led to her departure.
