I Broke Down”: Anita Hassanandani Gets Emotional Leaving Her Son for Chhoriyan Chali Gaon

Anita Hassanandani, the beloved actress known for her powerful performances, is all set to take on a unique challenge in Zee TV’s upcoming reality show Chhoriyan Chali Gaon. While many celebrities are gearing up for the physical and mental trials of rural life, for Anita, the toughest part began at home—saying goodbye to her little boy, Aarav.

A Mother’s Toughest Goodbye

Joining a reality show is a big decision. But for Anita, it meant temporarily stepping away from her most important role—being a full-time mom. She recently opened up about how emotionally challenging it has been to prepare her son for her absence.

From the moment I wake up, Aarav is by my side,” Anita shared. “He wants me to do everything for him. But since I’ll be away, I’ve been training him to sleep with my mom.”

She’s been gradually adjusting Aarav’s routine—from waking up and getting ready for school to finishing his meals and homework—all without her.

Mom with a Plan

To make sure Aarav stays on track, Anita has created a detailed two-month schedule for him, carefully mapping out his classes and activities. She even added her husband Rohit to all his school and activity groups so he can take over seamlessly.

> “As much as I’m going to learn from this show, I think Rohit will also realise just how beautifully challenging motherhood truly is,” she said.
