The show depicted a disturbing sequence in which Unnati, played by Sehaj Rrajput, becomes a victim of physical assault. According to her, once the camera started rolling, she immersed herself completely in the moment. Sehaj also revealed that she drew inspiration from Alia Bhatt’s powerful performance in Highway, particularly the scene where Alia’s character opens up about years of abuse. Sehaj mentioned that she had performed that scene during her acting classes, which helped her tap into similar emotions for Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile. However, she added that despite preparation, thinking about such situations in real life remains deeply unsettling.

In the upcoming episodes, viewers will see Unnati grappling with panic attacks and emotional vulnerability as memories of the assault resurface. The story will further focus on how Reet and Raghav support her during this difficult phase and help her navigate the path toward healing.
