Coldplay fans were left heartbroken when the tickets for the band’s January 2025 Music Of The Spheres World Tour in India sold out within minutes. Among them was popular actor Poulomi Das, best known for her role in Suhani Si Ek Ladki. Like many others, Poulomi was eagerly waiting to grab her spot at the concert but was left teary-eyed by the experience.
Poulomi das has been a dedicated fan of Coldplay for years. She shared her frustration, saying, “I was ready with four devices to buy tickets as soon as the portal opened at 12 pm sharp on September 22nd. But the site crashed, and I was stuck for 15 minutes. By the time I managed to get in, there were over 2-3 lakh people ahead of me in the queue. It was incredibly disappointing.”
She added, “I tried again when the second slot opened, but it was the same story—another 3 lakh people ahead of me. It was so disheartening. People are reselling tickets on the black market for as much as Rs. 5-7 lakh.”
Poulomi das voiced her concerns about the ticketing system, suggesting that better identification measures could have been in place to ensure genuine fans had a chance to attend. “I feel like many people bought tickets without even knowing the band, just to sell them later. It’s upsetting that fans like us missed out on such a magical moment.

Despite her disappointment, Poulomi recounted fond memories of attending Coldplay concerts in 2021 and 2022 in Italy. She reminisced about how lucky she was to get tickets through a friend at the stadium. Sadly, due to illness, she had to sell her tickets last minute. “The backend team was really supportive when I reached out to them. They even took the tickets back from me,” she shared.
While Poulomi might have missed out on this Coldplay concert, her love for the band remains unwavering. Fans across the country can sympathize with her frustration, knowing all too well how stressful and heartbreaking the ticketing process can be.
