Since most visitors to Mumbai make time to visit Mannat and have their pictures taken at the gate, the sea-facing home has also grown in popularity as a tourist destination. We now know more about the new properties that SRK has acquired.

Shah Rukh Khan reportedly rented two opulent duplex apartments in the Pali Hill neighborhood of Mumbai. The Jawan actor will receive Rs 2.9 crore year under the terms of a three-year lease for Rs 8.67 crore. These apartments, which are owned by Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh, are offered in the Puja Casa building. Shah Rukh Khan paid a security deposit of Rs 32.97 lakh and rented Jackky’s residence for Rs 11.54 lakh a month.

According to the real estate website Zapkey, Vashu Bhagnani is the owner of the second home the celebrity has rented. SRK paid a security deposit of Rs 36 lakh and rented the residence for Rs 12.51 lakh a month. The celebrity signed the lease on February 14 and paid Rs 2000 for registration and Rs 2.22 lakh for stamp duty.

Shah Rukh Khan:

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan most recently starred in Dunki (2023), directed by Rajkumar Hirani. He will shortly begin filming King, a thriller starring his daughter Suhana Khan and directed by Siddharth Anand. The film, which is scheduled for premiere in theaters in 2026, features significant roles from Abhishek Bachchan and Abhay Verma. Additionally, SRK will make a special cameo in the Netflix series The Ba***ds of Bollywood, which is directed by his son Aryan Khan.
