Although the show is set to air towards the end of 2024, makers have already begun approaching potential contestants for the upcoming season.
Recently, Shraddha Arya, renowned for her role in Kundali Bhagya, shared insights about her potential participation in Bigg Boss 18. The actress disclosed her strong condition for joining the controversial reality show. She expressed her desire to participate alongside her co-star Anjum Faikh, known for her role as Shraddha’s on-screen sister in Kundali Bhagya. Despite Anjum’s departure from the show a few months ago, Shraddha continues to portray her character Preeta, highlighting their strong off-screen bond.
Speculations abound regarding potential contestants for Bigg Boss 18. While some reports suggest the participation of personalities like Awez Darbar and Faisal Khan, others indicate ongoing discussions between makers and various celebrities, with no confirmed names yet.
The previous season, Bigg Boss 17, failed to captivate viewers despite featuring prominent figures like Munawar Faruqui, Ankita Lokhande, and Aishwarya Sharma. Although the show garnered decent TRP ratings, it fell short of topping the charts and concluded in January 2024 without any extensions.
