Sonakshi Sinha, who recently played a significant role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali Heeramandi, will next be seen in the paranormal movie Nikita Roy. According to Sonakshi, she once had some paranormal activity in her house while the movie was being promoted. She addressed the spirit by yelling loudly to it when she went inside her home the following day, but she hasn’t had any similar experiences since.

Her long-held denial of ghosts was called into question when she described a haunting experience in an interview with Bollywood Hungama. “I didn’t believe once. I didn’t believe at all once,” she said. “But one day, something very weird happened to me in my own house. Since then, my beliefs have been somewhat shattered. However, nothing occurred after that, so I thought perhaps it was a dream. So, I’m not sure. The ghost was harmless. Perhaps.::

Sonakshi Sinha:

Sonakshi recalled the disturbing event and described the strange feeling she had in the wee hours of the morning. “I was sleeping, then. Are you familiar with the state of sleep in which you are awake but not awake? Even when your eyes are closed, your mind is active. That’s what it was. And that was about four in the morning or such. Furthermore, I’m not sure if it was a dream. I suddenly felt, you know, some sort of pressure, like somebody’s just like, waking me up. I died. I was so scared. I didn’t even open my eyes. I didn’t even open my eyes to see, koi hai, nahi hai. I just froze. Like, I literally froze. I couldn’t move. And then, I didn’t open my eyes till the morning, till the lights came. It really shook me up.
