Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, a top TV show in the country, recently underwent a significant cast change with the replacement of lead actors Shehzada Dhami and Pratiksha Honmukhe. Stepping into their shoes are Rohit Purohit and Garvita Sadhwani, who will now portray the new characters of Armaan Poddar and Ruhi/Roohi Poddar in the series.

With the introduction of Rohit Purohit as the new Armaan, a change seems to have been brought to his character. The first looks and glimpses of Rohit’s Armaan have already been released, featuring the character wearing spectacles. While Rohit looks dashing in specs, online audiences have expressed dissatisfaction with his geeky look, prompting a response from the show’s team.

One netizen reached out to Rajendra Kumar Deora, associated with the costume department of the Rajan Shahi show, expressing the audience’s dislike for the glasses. Responding to the feedback, Deora stated that they would address the matter with the creative team of “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.”

Meanwhile, the makers are gearing up for the love story between Armaan and Abhira, as seen in promos and the latest updates. The Holi-centered track will feature their budding romance, with Armaan recently seen participating in Holika Dahan with Abhira.
