Allegedly, Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi brother, Anmol Bishnoi, has taken responsibility for the recent firing incident outside Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s residence. Anmol, who is reportedly hiding in the US and wanted in India, issued a warning to Khan through a purported social media post. In the post, Anmol referred to the firing as a mere “trailer” and cautioned Khan against underestimating their strength, emphasizing that it was a first and final warning.

The firing incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday when two unidentified bike-borne individuals fired four rounds of bullets outside Salman Khan’s house in Mumbai’s Bandra. Fortunately, no injuries were reported from the incident, which took place around 4:51 am outside Galaxy Apartments. Following the incident, security around Khan’s residence has been bolstered, with the crime branch, local police, and forensic teams conducting investigations at the scene.

Jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and wanted gangster Goldy Brar have previously issued death threats to Salman Khan on multiple occasions. Bishnoi’s gang, known for its violent activities, was also responsible for the murder of Punjabi singer and rapper Sidhu Moose Wala, highlighting the seriousness of the threats made against Khan.

Anmol Bishnoi, also known as Bhanu, is a fugitive accused in Moose Wala’s murder case and has evaded authorities by constantly changing his whereabouts. Despite being chargesheeted by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) last year, Anmol has managed to escape justice and has been spotted in various countries, including Kenya in 2023.

The threats against Salman Khan are not new. In March last year, Khan received a death threat via email allegedly from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Consequently, Khan has taken measures to ensure his safety, including being provided with weapons by trained security personnel and obtaining a personal weapon license.
