
Shirish Kunder and renowned director and choreographer Farah Khan have been blissfully married for more than two decades. With three children, they are proud parents. The director of Om Shanti Om, who is renowned for her candid conversations, recently shared her initial thoughts about her husband. The choreographer was brutally honest when she said that she used to despise her spouse and believe he was “gay.”
Farah Khan recently discussed her relationship with her spouse Shirish Kunder and how their romance developed during an interview on Archana Puran Singh’s YouTube channel. The director quickly revealed, in her unfiltered fashion, “I used to loathe him. It took me six months to believe he was gay.
The director said, “No,” in response to Archana’s follow-up question on whether she still despises him. I’m used to him now. It has now been 20 years. According to the film, her husband used to become upset before, which annoyed them since he would simply remain silent and torment them by not speaking.
Furthermore, when asked who apologizes first during their disputes, Farah jokingly disclosed that none of them did. She claimed that because her spouse is always right, he hasn’t expressed regret to her in twenty years. She laughed and continued, “He’ll just leave if I look at my phone while he’s talking.”
Farah also disclosed during the lighter discussion that she found it extremely difficult to adjust during the first year of their marriage and wanted to “run away.

For those who do not know, Shirish Kunder worked as an editor on Main Hoon Na, which was directed by Farah Khan. The filmmaker disclosed that’s where they first met. Since then, they have collaborated on each other’s movies, including Tees Maar Khan, Om Shanti Om, and Jaan-E-Mann. The couple’s three children were born in 2008: Anya, Diva, and Czar.
